Craig has spent two decades turning hard engineering into shipped products — and building the global teams behind them. As an engineering executive at Tesla, NIO, Samsung, and Weavix, he's architected connected vehicles, AI-vision platforms, and secure communications, scaled organizations to roughly 100 engineers across three continents, and holds four US patents in vehicle software security and over-the-air updates.
He leads from the front and stays close enough to the code to make the hard calls — equally at home setting a software-defined-vehicle strategy in the boardroom and reviewing firmware architecture line by line.

Hanieh is an embedded-software leader with two decades at the sharp end of firmware and systems engineering. A Software Engineering Manager at Cisco today, she previously led firmware teams at NIO delivering the next generation of connected, autonomous electric vehicles, and spent four years at QNX (BlackBerry) building board-support packages and low-level drivers across TI, Freescale, and nVidia silicon — from ARMv7 bootloaders to SPI, I²C, I²S, NAND, and audio-codec drivers.
She pairs deep technical range — RTOS, embedded Linux, VxWorks, QNX, and middleware — with a proven record of leading teams and shipping products. She holds an M.A.Sc in Biomedical Engineering (Carleton University) and a BEng in Electrical Engineering (Ryerson University), with published research in microphone-array signal processing.
