Craig and Hanieh first worked together building connected-vehicle software at NIO. Across our careers, we have seen what disciplined architecture, clear ownership, reliable data, and thoughtful automation can do for highly complex organizations.

Solid Logical applies those lessons to the businesses that are usually left stitching together disconnected software. We build products alongside real operators, then turn what works into reusable SaaS solutions.

Craig North · Founder and product leader

Craig is an engineering executive and systems architect with two decades across automotive, AI, connected products, and secure communications. At Tesla, NIO, Samsung, and Weavix, he has moved from hands-on engineering to global product and organizational leadership without losing touch with the underlying technology.

His record includes more than 56 commercially launched products, engineering organizations scaled to over 90 people across three continents, and four U.S. patents in vehicle software security and over-the-air updates. His work has included connected vehicles, body controls, vehicle gateways, AI-vision platforms, and industrial communication systems.

Hanieh Chatrzarrin · Co-founder and delivery leader

Deep technical craft grounded in real operations.

Hanieh is an embedded-software and delivery leader with two decades in firmware, systems engineering, and team leadership. Her experience spans Cisco, NIO, and QNX/BlackBerry, where she has led teams and built the software foundations underneath connected products.

Her technical background reaches from RTOS, embedded Linux, QNX, VxWorks, middleware, bootloaders, and board-support packages to low-level drivers across ARM and multiple silicon platforms. She holds an M.A.Sc. in Biomedical Engineering and a BEng in Electrical Engineering, with published research in microphone-array signal processing.

As a partner in GH Beauty, Hanieh also brings the operator’s view into BOS—connecting deep engineering discipline to the daily realities of customers, employees, services, finance, inventory, and growth.
